A Level of Interior Maturation

The ecological crisis we now face has emerged, in no small part, from the gross disparity that exists between our relatively underdeveloped inner faculties and the extremely powerful external technologies at our disposal.

With humanity’s powers magnified enormously through our technologies, we can do irreparable damage to the planet.

The reach of our technological power exceeds the grasp of our inner learning.

Unless we expand our interior learning to match our technological advances, we will be destined to act to the detriment of ourselves and the rest of life on the planet.

It is vital that we correct the imbalance by developing a level of interior maturation that is at least commensurate with the enormous technological development that has occurred over the last several centuries.
